3 Slowest broadband towns a year later

In 2012 BBC reported on 1/3 of UK postcodes having slow broadband speeds.

They listed the following towns

Winchelsea in east sussex (ave 1.1Mbps)

Hereford - slowest city (avg 3.1Mbps)

Kilmarnock (3.2Mbps)

Dumfries (3.6Mbps)
Canterbury (4Mbps)
and Shrewsbury (4Mbps).

So we decided to check and if they are still slow, offer a solution.

Here's the 18 month review

Winchelsea - still slow ( 0-4Mbps everywhere)
Hereford - a little better ( 10% get 16Mbps and above, 58% get 4-16Mbps and 32% get 0-4MBps
Kilmarnock - a little better ( 10% get 16Mbps and above, 58% get 4-16Mbps and 32% get 0-4MBps
Dumfries - the divide gets bigger ( 20% get 16Mbps and above, 20% get 4-16Mbps and 60% get 0-4MBps
Canterbury -  a little better ( 10% get 16Mbps and above, 58% get 4-16Mbps and 32% get 0-4MBps
Shrewsbury - fast center, but the divide gets bigger ( 30% get 16Mbps and above, 40% get 4-16Mbps and 30% get 0-4MBps
